I produced a set of cohesive circus icons on a 4x4 grid system. The challenge that came with this project was to keep a consistent system while also simplifying the characters to their most basic form. After continuous sketching and re-sketching on grid paper I came up with a system that I was proud and followed the basic principles of icon building and coherency. This project was rigorous but well worth it in the long run as it taught me grid building, icon creating, and design system basics.
